I normally change my own but I have a new GTI that needed its first (10k mule) service. It was surprisingly expensive and took considerably longer than it could have.

He is attentive, professional, and follows through with what he says will be done. When we are ready to purchase a new VW, we will definitely come to Tom Wood Volkswagen.
If you need your car serviced you are better off driving your car off of a cliff. I cant even.
