The estimated wait time here is hours off. I’ve had to wait almost 4 hours for an oil change! I was told it would take about an hour. I tried again today, and I have again been here for hours when I was told it would take 1-1/2 hours. I am appalled by the customer service I have received as well. I will not be returning here for anymore repairs!
