the first time we got an oil change at wood Volkswagen when we came back to pick up the car instead of putting the $100 treatment in they put in the 150 because they ran out of the regular synthetic oil. Today we went with a coupon that we were sent that said oil changes 69.99. We get in there with our appointment and we are told our oil change start at hundred fourteen and we could use a $10 coupon. Coupon for 6999 said nothing about exemptions or not servicing certain cars.
They do a great job, they are timely and very professional and they go out of their way to make it easy

I was very pleased with the entire staff especially right when I walked in. Nick Phelps was the sales guy who actually helped me purchase the car. He was great and got everything done very efficiently. He made sure my new car was a perfect fit for me! He was very friendly and followed up with me right away to make sure the car was everything I wanted and more! Such a great experience and I know they will continue to be as great at the first one. I know Nick and the rest of the staff will take care of everything I need!

I bought my used car from here back in January of 2019 and I'm still fuming about all the issues I have been finding with it. They had advertised a 2014 Honda, apparently before it had been cleaned up and passed inspection.
