We recently purchased a used Jeep at this dealership. No more than 2 hours after purchasing and leaving the lot, the Jeep wouldn’t start. We contacted the dealership and they said there is nothing they could or would do. 2 hours after purchasing! This business has zero integrity or customer service. One week later, we are having the Jeep towed to a Chrysler dealership. Tom Wood Volkswagen is the worst experience I’ve had buying a car...new or used.

Always great service, love the employees! ... don’t recommend, great when they want your money but not at all when it goes the other way. Just blow you off over and over.
The dealership messed up the registration on my new vehicle and nobody will return my calls.
