Bought a $45k brand new 2019 Jetta GLI 35th Edition from Tom Wood Volkswagen and it had issues and they had it 2 out of the 3 weeks I had the car and couldn’t fix it. I talked to Kent, the general manager and they were happy to take my money but didn’t want to do anything! Had to get Volkswagen involved and now they won’t service my car. RecommendedEverytime I have taken my car into Tom, he takes really good care of my car. All work is done at a very satisfactory price and within a reasonable amount of time. I was even asking him to change out my brakes and rotors and he told me they were completely safe and still had plenty of life left. Honesty and dependable that Tom. And look, I know, Tom doesn't take care of my car himself, but that's how good the customer care is. You feel like the owner is taking care of your car.
