They failed the Pennsylvania state safety inspection stating they found holes in the inner side. I took both front rotors out and found no significant damage or holes in it. That could dictate new rotors. I showed them old one and cant come up with a logical explanation of what they stated. They failed my inspection because they wanted to score a brake JOB . Never again firestone. This Bensalem bussiness is being reported to the Attorney General Office.

This Firestone is the worst I've ever been to. The mechanics don't know how to work on cars properly. Took my wife's car in for a speed sensor repair. Brought it home after the repair and it was leaking oil. That was the beginning and going down hill ever since. Took it back 4 different times and each time it was something new. The car almost sounds like a dying diesel now and is still leaking oil. New warning lights are coming on. They claim that an inspector came out and checked the car over. My car was towed to Firestone Auto Complete in Rowlett, TX on 7-6-23 to have the radiator flushed because there was oil in the radiator. I picked my car up that same day and drove home. Today I got in my car to go to the store and the car would not start because the battery was dead! The paperwork given to me when I picked up my car clearly stated that the battery had been checked and it was fine! Now they are saying I need a new battery! Firestone fixed my oil leak several times and never corrected the problem. Now my valve cover gasket is leaking major. I almost blew up my engine. Also my driver side axle is making a clicking sound. They repaired that last time when they fixed my oil. I’m not satisfied with the work. I need my car fixed right. Look at my maintenance history with all the my oil problems. Went to the one in Cicero, NY and they kept making me wait for appts, never taking me in on time. The original a/c work was done 5/23/23 and three weeks later it wasnt working right again. The manager Nick E was a joke. He wouldnt even come out of the garage on the day I had to have a part put on. I have been there way too many times for the same issue, and shouldnt have had to pay what I did when it finally got fixed right. Took my car in for a check engine light. Told me I needed a new oxygen sensor and vvt solinoids. Firestone replaced them and once they did my car would not stay running anymore. They made my car worse I took it to a different mechanic and they told me Firestone dident replace the correct part that was having issues. I would avoid this business. The manager cursed at me over the phone and told me he could not help me. To end it.. I drove my car there and had to have it towed from there after they worked on it. How sad..

The mechanics are fraudulently damaging unrelated parts from customers cars to keep them coming back so they can generate revenue. I took my vehicle for A/C issue the first time a few weeks ago. A few days later due a cold morning I found out the heat wasnt working like it did before I took it there. I took it back for them to fix it, but two days later I found that my washer fluid sprayer is leaking and no longer able to spray onto the windshield. I would like complain about how this company that replace my tires before all 4 of them and i told them i wanted to keep my other tires too after replacement they never gave to me. Everytime i ask for the parts they replaced they never give to me. they seem be hiding something. dropped my corvette off at tires plus on Sat may 20 for a 10am appt to have 4 tires installed.I was told it would take a few hours to install the tires. 1:32 pm I received a call from Charlie saying that I needed a new battery,brake fluid changed and new air filter. When i explained I had recently changed the filter myself and it had only few hundred miles on it he quickly backtracked and said that he “was looking at the wrong invoice”.
