Brought my fiances car to the Tires Plus in Eagan, MN. Krestwood Ln. for a routine oil change. We've been having issues with it ever since. Took it up there once and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Now we brought it to a chevy dealership and they said she has to get a whole new engine in it so basically it's totalled. It spews out oil. The manager said if the problem persisted then they would look at it for free. He did not honor that and told us we would have to pay to get it reinspected. Awful business... read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 1830 W. Redondo Beach Blvd, Garden, CA 90247, did not honor my lifetime alignment warranty that I paid for and I had to go to another autoshop and pay again for an alignment. I asked to purchase 5 tires, instead, they sold me four. I would like to be reimbursed for my lifetime alignment and for the alignment I had to pay for from another non-firestone shop.

I had an appointment for a oil filter change service manager Peter M******* was very Rude and unprofessional because a third-party was paying for the service that I paid for prior to buying the car he did not want to deal with me because He said silver rock was a pain in the butt hard to get money from them even though his company fire stone is on their list to go to.

Firestone - 9715 N. Sam Houston PKWY E, Humble, TX 77396-4482 Work Order# ******Total cost: $1,192.84 I went to Firestone bought 2 new tires, oil change, got a lifetime wheel alignment that I will never use ever again after this, new cabin filter, and purchased brand new lug nuts for all 4 wheels. When I left my AC no longer worked. The compressor no longer comes on. I checked the low side of the AC line and it read 95 PSI. The pressure supposed to be 30 PSI maximum for my car. I was supposed to be issued a courtesy refund for work done on my vehicle over two months ago. I am still being passed to manager,area manager etc. They all say it's being "processed through the system l" but cannot tell me how long that will take or what that even means. I know it is a courtesy refund but I think it might have been the company trying to cover up bad work as my car as sat in the drive way for 2 months now non-operable. Well this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are shameless scammers, in September / 2022 I took my car to check a sensor that was turning on and for a routine oil change. In October/2022, when cleaning the Drive Way of my house, I realized that my car was leaking oil. I called these shameless scammers since they had done the oil change recently, they asked me to take the car to the workshop, which I did immediately, to my surprise they call me 2 hours later to tell me that the engine gasket was leak... read more

Back in January Firestone did a Tune up on my VW, and a month later the car broke down. It was discovered that while doing the tune-up Firestone Stripped and cross-threaded my sparkplugs. I went through arbitration with them, eventually leading to a lawsuit that was ruled in my favor .9 months later Firestone still refuses to pay the judgment against them. I came into Wheel Works Mountain View Store to ask for having a tire patched, but I was told that the tire can't be repaired, and I need to buy 4 new tires. The service advisor stopped me when I was about to leave for ******and lied to me that ******** warranty was so bad that it only covered 2 years and was not as good as Wheel Works'. The service advisor in Wheel Works deceived me into purchasing tires I didn't have to. I dropped off my vehicle to have 4 new tures put on. I picked it up and notice a slight shaking that came from the front. I went about my days not think much because it's a 2008 and I'm not a car person. 2 days later it got so bad It was like a jack hammer to the front of the car and worse at high way speeds.
