I received service from firestone 2/18/19 I went in for a quick routine oil Change before my appointment in which the technician said he can complete the job in a timely manner so that I could make it to my appointment. After receiving service I left two hours later on my way home my vehicle stopped and never started back up. After getting my vehicle looked at by a mechanic I was told I needed to have my vehicle towed to the shop that performed my oil change. Avoid Firestone Complete Auto Care at All Costs Today, I decided to do a review of Firestone Complete Auto Care, which bills itself as full-service vehicle maintenance and car repair shop. However, much to my chagrin, it turned out being a nightmare, reminiscent of a Stephen King movie. I live in Richmond, VA, a mid-size southern city, with a twinge of Yankee elitism. I can't even give Firestone Complete Auto Care@ 100 Lehigh Valley Mall Whitehall, PA 18052 even one star!!!! But to leave my review for all to read for 3 years I had to click one star!! Ill admit it's easy to schedule an appointment and there very customer friendly. But read on. This store is nothing more then a scam shop. Absolutely awful service received in Knoxville, at the Kingston Pike location. I paid over $1700.00 and spend two FULL DAYS at their shop to be sent home the 2nd day with a car that was not driveable. They not only didnt fix the problem, but they charged me to fix a problem that didn't exist and never bothered to test drive the car they sent me home in. I drove home in a death trap and we could barely keep our vehicle on the road, and they had no remorse.

Last fall I came to ******* tire shop in Richmond IN. I needed two tires replaced. I called them on the phone for an estimate before I took the drive over there. They gave me a really good price over the phone so I went immediately. When I got there they tried charging me over 100 dollars over the price they gave me on the phone. I told them what they did and they proceeded to give me the price they gave me on the phone. After that my car drove horribly. I would give zero stars if I could they did an oil change and messed it up I lost all my oil driving to work at 430 am they told me I had to bring my truck to them to look at you cannot drive a car with no oil! I was informed it needed to be degreased because he oil can catch fire being on the exshaut by the tow truck driver they didn't do that I have five kids who ride in this car they also kept trying to blame it on me but it turned out they double sealed it and offered me a free oil change I guess I look dumb Would never ... read more

I went into the Grand Rapids, Michigan store with a flat tire. I was not pleased when they said it was going to be $40 to repair! I said ok, I just need to get back in the road....Last time someone repaired a tire on this car was free and that store (Not a Firestone) said, next time you need tires, just remember us! That is the way you grow your business, not over charge for a tire repair!!! Then, when the leak they found they said they couldn't fix it as it was two close to the side wall! My family has trusted the guys at the 140th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA location for years. We have taken a bunch of different vehicles during that time and always recommended them to anyone that asked. Last Friday, I took my vehicle into to get a flat fixed. I was not anticipating any problems because I was driving on four, fairly new tires all purchased not that long ago from this same location. 91ST STREET LOCATION IS TULSA IS TERRIBLE. THEY OVERFILLED MY ENGINE OIL BY DOUBLE THE AMOUNT IT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE. I HAVE VIDEO PROOF. MY ENGINE THEN FAILED WITHIN ONE HUNDRED MILES OF THE CRIME AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY HIRED AN 'INDEPENDENT" APPRAISER TO BACK UP THEIR POSITION AND NOW WONT EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT. A QUOTE FROM THEIR FOUNDER IN THEIR OFFICE TOUTS THEIR HONESTY. THEY ARE A JOKE. HOW IS IT THAT THEY HAVE AN A+ RATING WITH THE BBB WITH AN AVERAGE 1.5 STARS? BBB IS ALSO A JOKE.
