I took my vehicle to the Rowlett location, had an oil change ,cvi, and rotate balance and alignment. I was told at the time that there were a few suspension parts I have replaced already that needed to be replaced again. A female contacted me and let me know these were both in dire need. I asked her what the warranty on the parts/labor were and she told me 2 years for both. It's funny because the firestone website literally tells you the warranty life on both. Invoice #******. I purchased a lifetime alignment service for all of my vehicles and we will NOT be returning to Tires Plus given the DISHONESTY of service. My 2012 *** needed an alignment done which was denied by Tires Plus because of recommended Inner/Outer Left/Right Tie Rod Ends as well as Struts for a total of $1646.69, a quote was provided to me. This did not feel right and I gathered a second opinion who looked it over and said nothing was wrong and aligned it without issue.

I was extremely disappointed in my last two visits to the "Kachina" Firestone Auto Shop located at 7401 Paseo Del Norte, Albuquerque, NM 87113. I went there on Monday, 9 May 2022 to have my 2012 ****** RAV-4 tires rotated, balanced and aligned and to have my brakes checked. The manager said that I did need to have new front brakes installed, which I agreed to have done. I had my truck serviced at firestone back in march of 2022, They ran a diagnostics and said my engine is great but i have a vacuum leak on my intake gaskets, I used my bridgestone firestone cc and had them replace my intake gaskets as well as installed a new air intake hose. I asked the mechanic since i had spark plugs right there in my truck and since he was going to have my engine apart anyways if he can just throw those in for me. he said yes because they wanted t charge me like 400$ for spark plugs. Back in October 2021 I got an oil change from this location. It took them 3 hours to change my oil, which was the first red flag. I don't think much of it until I take my car to a different mechanic shop (shout out to Weaver's on Fairway) and they explain that my oil cannot be changed and that no mechanic will touch it. The mechanics at Firestone completely stripped my drain plug and tried to cover it up by coating it in some kind of silicon resin. What ***** these people are. I went to set up an appointment for multiple vehicles because I own a service tech shop and I didn't know if one of the vehicles was a 4 cylinder for 6 cylinder and this old POS started to make fun of me. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and I would advise anybody else to do the same.

In August of 2021, I took my vehicle to Firestone to replace front rotors and pads. five months after driving I started to get pulsation in my front wheel. After taking the vehicle back to Firestone to check why am I getting pulsation after five months when there was suppose to replace old rotors with new ones. My vehicle was ALSO STOLEN from this Firestone location. On 5/16/22, I dropped off my car and put my keys into the 24-hr key drop, so my vehicle could be inspected the next day. The next day (5/17), I get a call around Noon asking if I was coming to my appointment. I told them I dropped my car off the night before, to which they explained that someone had broken in, and stolen the keys and my vehicle. Firestone Truman Rd Store#00804. Appointment at 10 am on 5/24/22. Asked for a tire rotation and balance on tires I bought at Firestone. Asked for a flush and fill of the radiator. The advisor Kendall proceeded to tell me that I had a radiator leak and I actually did not he also proceeded to tell me that my radiator was empty which it was not.
