I made a appointment with wheel works they emailed me a conformation with my out the door price. I go to wheel works and the man says we dont have your tires but he wants to sell me differant tires for $133.00 more than what I was told . iam on a very fixed income and had saved money for this so ****** off that they would do this to someone .

Never EVER use any Firestone! If I could give it -10 I would! The absolute worst experience ever. We have a non driveable car after taking it to this place for routine maintenance. A car that has never had an issue! After my husband broke down on the side of the highway we had to have it towed back to the shop where it sat for 8 days. We were told multiple times a 3rd party inspector would be out to look at it so it would be fair and a they never had one come and denied all wrong doing and never told us what was even wrong w... read more

Wrong procedures fixing my truck a/c and damage my compressor, only need to replace a valve of $30.00 and they provoke two leeks after three times chek for leeks and mess with electric part of the system without necesity, at the end is a broken compressor, more then $800.00, my sister and law went one week later to the same store for to fix one tire sensor and they install all of them, at the end they say the engine it needs to be replaced because they couldn't start it and all the lights on the dashboard are on

I recently bought my vehicle from ******* and was directed by them to take my vehicle to Firestone as they are a preferred vendor for *******'s vehicle warranty company by **********. First I made an appointment on Firestone's online website for 08:00 AM on Saturday, April 9th. Often times when a person is given a bit of power they expand it to the point of being overbearing and end up being ridiculous. The sad part is the Company who they work for may have no real feedback on the actions how this employee is having a negative effect on their business. In this case we have a 22 year old with some manager status telling a customer they can't buy a tire. Yes Mr. President of Tires Plus your employee "Manager" would not sell a customer a tire. Firestone- Franklin Road Murfressboro, TN Bill told me on Friday, April 1, 2022 that my brake change under my ******* warranty plan would be covered 100% as state in my original contract. Nick T******* told me when I purchased my complete care package that he would make sure the brakes would be changed. Every time I took my car in I asked for brakes to be changed since March of 2021. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS! I took my vehicle for preventative maintenance on March 1, 2022, and that was a definite mistake. First, one of their technicians damaged my hood b/c he didn't properly latch the hood. The store manager informed me of the damage and advised me that Firestone was 100% liable and would make good on taking care of the repairs--that wasn't true at all. I'm shocked at how dishonest the North Reading, MA Firestone is. It seems that all the employees were in on it because none of the 4 technicians watching my interaction with a service person said anything as he tried to convince me that I need new front and rear brakes as well as tire rods. I brought my care in for a slow leak, no issues with the brakes.
