On 9-17-18, I purchased 4 Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 plus tires for my 2010 ***** Odyssey at Firestone Complete Auto Care (store number #025941) in Strongsville, Ohio . Customer invoice number ******. The auto technicians installed all 4 new tires and contacted me about a damaged TPMS sensor that had to be replaced on one of the tires. I agreed to the installation and price for one TPMS sensor. In short, the location @10135 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview FL 33578 completely made an issue with my *** worse because I could not afford they're repairs day of & tried to send me & my 3 year olds on our way without power steering fluid after completely draining mine. I had to go back inside to complain, they "topped me off"& I was sent on my merry way, only to still barely have the ability to turn a steering wheel with 2 hands that I could actually easily turn with one before they're "help". I opened a card with Firestone because I trusted that I was having my repairs done properly and secondly that it was a good deal. When My 2012 BMW showed that it had a misfire on the vehicle which told me that I was losing power needed to have a battery replaced. I took it to Firestone sometime the week of August 1st, 2017. After a diagnostics by Firestone that said that my vehicle needs an alternator. They also uncovered a oil leak as well as stating that I needed a new battery. I have never been to this location, 22 Dowling Way, North Smithfield, RI, until today. The service rep was named Mike. He is the same person my husband had gotten a quote for tires over the phone for his Tacoma ($700) which my husband was going to purchase this Friday. Now he is not. I went to get new tires for the front of my *****. Mike asks me what was needed to be done. I think they rip off to females, they charged me for work they never did and now my car sounds horrible and they are telling me the noise is because my tires don't have any thread on them and they need to be replaced. Never go to a place that specializes in oil changes and tire sells when your car is making noise, take the car to either a licensed mechanic or back to the car dealership.

I visited a Firestone Complete Auto Care in Gastonia, North Carolina a couple of weeks ago. I needed a quick oil change and requested a free brake inspection. I was told that my front pads were within spec but that my rotors were to the point where they could not be resurfaced (note: I've never had the pads replaced before).
