I spent almost 30 minutes of my time in my car as I was told to wait till they were ready to perform the inspection. After seeing the parking lot empty out, my husband had to go in an remind them that we were still waiting. They were finally able to start the inspection only after my husband had said something. After waiting another 30 minutes, keep in mind they were not busy at all with plenty of staff. They told us they could not pass the inspection due to the wiper blades leaving streaks. Purchased four tires with road hazard warranty one of the tires got a broken belt took the van back ,and then the lying story tell started it has been 3 mo.two calls to head quarters 20 lies no tire yet this place *****!!

I went to this location thinking I was gonna charge two tires on my firestone credit card. Which I called to make sure this location had the 2 tires. Which they did. Once I got there I was told by Carson that I would have to pay for them up front in order to take them out the door. So I was a wasted trip. I then ask Carson to schedule an appointment for the next day and if I could go on and charge my credit card that day and my son can bring it to the appointment for me. DONT BUY BRIGESTONE OR FIRESTONE TIRES ,,, CORPRATE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER AND VERY AGUEMENTIVE about their poor quality of tires that are unsafe and leave you stranded on the road. ANGELA AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE is very unprofessional and closed my case. MY TIRES WERE ON THE NEW 228i *** ORIGINAL TIRES AND ALL 4 TIRES HAD EGGS OR POPPED WITHIN 9 MONTHS OF OWNING MY NEW ***. IM TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER BECAUSE THEY MAY THINK IM AT THE END BUT IM JUST GETTING STARTED.

This is a Ponzi scheme. Firestone customers our**** to charge their tires to this company for convenience while at their tire center. You're offered six months same as cash, seems like a good deal. It is deceptive! You then do not receive bills in the mail. When you call they knowledge the bills were "returned to them" as undeliverable even though all other mail is delivered to your house without a problem. They then charge you exorbitant fees and attempt to get your banking information to settle them. Stay away from this co... read more

I took my car in because it would not run. It would go dead while I was driving down the highway. I was told I needed an alternator. Alternator was installed and I was charged $775. I was told to "drive the car around for a few days, to see if it got better." It did not get better. It continued to go dead more often each time I tried to drive it. I have a 2014 Kia Optima that I took to the Firestone on West Blackstock in Spartanburg South Carolina. I took it there to get an oil. A change a couple weeks later my motor was blown in my car so I got the car towed to ****************** off of Union Street they said that I didn't have any oil in my car. When I call Firestone to let them know what was going on they just simply told me they don't work on Motors and not to bring the car back up there and hung up the phone. I took my car in to have a faulty tire replaced after ordering it online. I later discovered that my like-new floor mats had been swapped out for older and worn mats. At first, I placed the blame on the ******* service department, having taken my car in for an oil change. I was assured and convinced that the theft did not take place there. I spent $800 on new tires for my sons truck and the entire time they kept saying he needed all sorts of stuff including a new battery, well once they were done and he went to go get the truck it would not start. They said he needs a new battery, so he called me. I knew that the battery was 3 months old and they were full of it, when I got there no one was helping him or trying to prove that it was a battery, when the manager saw me he came up and said it was the battery.
