TIRE PLUS MIAMI FL 33183 IS THE WORST IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY THEY TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOUR WORK YOU NEED IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BUT MEANWHILE A MANAGER TELLS YOU IT IS AND THEN ANOTHER MANAGER TELLS YOU IT IS NOT ITS ALL FOR THEIR COMMSION IN THEIR POCKETS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND LIARS AND YOUNG GUYS THAT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING .

If I could leave a ZERO STAR review, I would. I brought my 2019 **** F150 over to the Tires Plus Delray Beach, FL location for an alignment. I called and was told to come over at 3pm, which I did. No problem there. They were pretty on point with their time frame (I gotta give credit where credit is due). So I leave my truck with them and step outside to wait as they bring my truck back to do the alignment. As the tech finishes he proceeded to go on his test drive; which I know is completely normal... I have been a frequent client of the Tires Plus on Long Ave. in Shawnee. Actually, I have used them exclusively for 2.5 years... and let me tell you, the quality of work and especially the customer service has gone downhill. In less than a year: I found a long wrench wedged in my engine making an awful noise; my oil has leaked after a change; and now, twice in a row, my 2016 car has had two wheel studs break. Within the past few months i have spent several thousand dollars for An Axel, Hub , Wheel Bearing & Rack N Pinion not including numerous oil changes. None of which has been taken care of i have had several issues with my left front wheel bearing several times and each time they have replaced parts and i have had to return because my car was making noises. My name is Shynetra T****. I went to Firestone, location 20760 I-30 frontage road, Benton AR 72019, on 07/20/2021 approximately 7:15am. My advisor was Ronnie. I asked for a brand new tire for my 2020 Camry SE. He told me the price for the exact tire that goes on my vehicle would be 216 but, he had a "compatible" tire that is just the same and cheaper (180 ish). I paid for an oil change, fluid level maintenance, and tire maintenance at the Wheel works at 361 East Washington Street in Petaluma California on April 29th 2021. Almost all the fluid level services I paid for we're not done, which became apparent when my service lights came on in my car. When I called the service manager, he commented that all the services had been checked off as completed, therefore, they were done. No offer to check, fix, no compensation, nothing. I've done some research and I've seen that in California a few years ago, Firestone was under investigation for fraud in regards to unnecessary services, over pricing parts and services. I feel like my experience is Firestone is similar. I keep getting calls back with more and more money being needed for things that weren't labelled before in my diagnostic. My most recent call back has increased my price from $1000 to over $3000 in repairs. I have reason to believe I've been taken advantage of. It's hard for me to believe th... read more

Made a appointment for a radiator flush three days early, i drive mini cooper. Allot of the firestones will refuse to work on that car and the other ones keep saying it's a German car. I have to correct them and say it's a British car, that's are 13 stripes in are American flag that represent the 13 colonies of Britain. Firestone and it's employees are dishonest and crooked. I went in for a leaking tire and I requested that the VALVE STEM be replaced. The tech removed the tire and saw there was a previous patch from ****** TIRES. The tech drilled a hole through my tire telling me that was where my leak was and immediately tried to sell me a new tire. What the tech did immediately voided my tire warranty with ****** Tires.
