Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car here. I went in for an oil change and now NO LONGER have my car (2010 Nissan Sentra w/ 87,000 miles which had no issues until this year after taking my car to this Firestone). I have gone to Firestone as a company ( in other states) for over 8 years but this one has been so bad that I will never take my car to a Firestone again. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. My complaint is with the Firestone Complete Auto Care at 406 Gallatin Rd in Nashville. They attempted to take advantage of my daughter by suggesting that her rotors had to be replaced when in fact they were just below maximum thickness, essentially no wear. The wanted nearly $400 to replace rotors and brake pads. I contacted the location after I determined that they had lied to her and the response I received was "ok". I went to this firestone location back in November to get my tires change out. On Monday the 8th of 2018 my tire fell off because they did not torque the lug nuts properly. I went to get it fixed and was in the shop for three days because they kept breaking stuff on my vehicle. I got it back Wednesday the 10th of January of 2018 with two lug nuts one on each tire were missing. This place gave me the worst car experience of my life. I was treated badly and spoken to rudely. When I brought my car in the first time, it was because it wasn't starting. There had been no issues with my battery or anything so I brought it in and asked them to check over everything because there shouldn't have been a reason for my battery to be bad.
