Refused to service my car! Unfriendly: John Threatening: Chris, the manager--called me on the phone to tell me to "go elsewhere" because I filed a complaint with their HQ. This is the second time they were unwelcoming--the first time they apologized (different customer rep). This happened again! They may not like people who look like me: wearing a head cover, etc.

I had an appointment at my regular Firestone shop for some work that was covered. I had paid for road hazard, balance, rotate and bought lifetime alignment for my van. I was told do some unforeseen circumstances they could not take my car. She called 2 other shops they both said they could take me and the work would take at most 2 hours. I went the first shop, when I told them that the work I wanted done was all covered, he changed the time to 4 hours to get it done. Would rate things a zero but that was not an option. After 10 minutes on hold I was told that unless overpriced tires were bought from them they could not mount mine, for "liability" reasons. What a load of manure! I contacted ******** (a reputable company) and they informed me that it was in fact illegal for Tires Plus to refuse the work. What losers! Check Tires Plus BBB rating. It is dismal. They not only need to be closed down, the management needs to be flogged.

I replaced the front 2 tires of my ***** after hitting a pothole on the highway. The service guys and front desk workers were very courteous and helpful. I feel like I chose the best tires and spent a hefty amount for the 2 ******** tires. They assured me that my car would be fine although I voiced a concern with the fact they did not have the lifting pads for my vehicle. I took my car in for inspection they failed me because there was water coming out of the back end of the muffler and told me I needed a new muffler for 752 dollars I took it to ****** and it passed the safety part no muffler needed this place is committing fraud on people and they do not even know it take your car someplace else like a citified inspection station

The phone call waiting is too long and the employee responding the phone refused to answer my question because he had customers. The store opens at 9 am on Sundays and the employee who answered the phone at 9:10am sounded stressful and responded the phone knowing how he was going to answer and end the phone conversation. The employee's name is Manuel. It's highly possible that Manuel the employee needs less defensive tactics and more Company Policy and Conduct training to interact more professionally with all customers. Than... read more

I took my car to the Firestone in Odenton the Manager Nick was very unprofessional, he cursed and screamed because I bought my vehicle back due to repairs were never done. Screws we're missing from my car. The oil pan was left hanging. The part he claimed he ordered was never changed. His behavior with customers is irrational to the point that I had to contact law enforcement. The staff backs him up because he's the manager.

On 01/11/2022 I had a vehicle inspection done by Ryan A*****. The inspection failed because the thread depth on my two front tires did not meet the 2/32nd of an inch minimum measurement but the back two tires passed with plenty of room for wear and tear (inner = 6, middle = 6, outer =6). Firestone offered to sell me two new tires for around $600 but said I only needed to purchase one to pass the inspection (front driver side).
