I think that tires plus operated in Elsmere Kentucky is run very poorly. I took my car there on 12/20/2018 to get my tire pressure rechecked after purchasing tires there recently. They had told me that I had 50 lbs of tire pressure in one of my tires. Which I know better than that. Then when they released my car to me. They said all my tires were ok and all the tire pressure is normal. You can see clear as day. Two of my tires are clearly low. I will never do business with this company again
Granddaughter brought her car in to firestone in homer glen,il for an oil change and brake light was on . she was told it was going to cost 900.00 to replace brakes and rotors .i told her to bring car to me. Needless to say there was nothing wrong with the rotors only brakes which cost 45.oo where do they get off trying to scam innocent young women .will never recommend this place to anyone
Made appointment at Firestone 4035 Austin Peay Hwy Memphis, TN; vehicle still not ready one hour past promised time; requested several times when vehicle would be ready received offensively impolite response. Firestone called and said it would be ready at 4:30 pm; 5:00 and still waiting. Called at 5:30 and said truck was ready. I arrived there at 6pm; they had to have saved my truck for last because besides for the lady that just arrived with an oil leak I was the only one there. Hello, I had my car worked on at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Glassboro,NJ in June. The mechanics there replaced my thermostat housing and had my oil changed. Today I took my car to a different mechanic due to leaking anti-freeze and upon his inspection he discovered that the thermostat housing was installed improperly causing my leakage. That place gave a wrong oil filter. I didn't change oil for a year because I don't drive that much. One day, I started the car. The oil filter came off, totally ruined my engine. I contacted them. What I got is that it is beyong 3 month guarantee thus they are not responsible for it anymore although the wrong filter record was still in their system.
Did not rotate my tires and misdiagnosed a steering problem.
I was charged $53.99 for replacing my vehicle's cabin air filter. The filter was never actually replaced. Old filter was placed back into the vehicle. The store manager tried to convince me that the mildew and dirt which I discovered the next day on the "brand new" filter happened overnight. When we compared my dirty, gray, mildewed filter to an actual new one (which was snowy white) he agreed I received the old filter. But then he claimed it was an accident. Dont trust this place or CESAR the technician that tried to scam me!!! I had a screw in my tire close to the side wall, so I went in for a warranty replacement. After two hours of waiting they finally pulled up my "finished" car and tried to hurry me over to the counter to pay the new road hazard but as i walked my car i saw the shinny screw in the same old tire. I called the store in missoula, mt its Store #655678 Managed by Brandon O*******. I made a phone call on Thursday to ask how much it would cost to get a seasonal tire changeover and a new studded tire in a specific size. I was told that it would cost 60 for the changeover and 118 for the new studded tire. The total would be 178. I scheduled an appointment on Sunday at 11.
