WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM THE WARRANTY DEPT. THE MAN ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND WAS MOCKING ME. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH JAKE AT MY LOCAL STORE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THE BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS AND WILL NOT BE USING THEM GOING FORWARD. IT IS BAD ENOUGH THEY DON'T WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY BUT THE LACK OF RESPECT FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE THEY ARE CROOKS

I Will NEVER, EVER, NEVER go here again. All they want to do is rip off customers. They wrote in the Notes: Section of my voice, that my radiator needed to be flushed, when I had just had it done the day before at my trusted mechanics shop. They also said I needed a new air filter. I know how to check my air filter, and NO, I do not need a new one! Too bad there's no option to give below zero stars because this is one place that deserves such a rating. I brought my vehicle for inspection of the A/C system as it wasn't cooling nearly as much as needed. I brought the vehicle on a Saturday after they told me they had enough time to inspect it. May 15, 2022 I bought my car due to the A/C blowing hot. The woman in the front said they couldn't find the leak and to bring it back when it starts to blow hot. June 12, 2022, same thing, When I came to pick it up the man behind the desk told me to bring it back within 5-6 days so they could find the leak. I had been going to this Firestone repair for sometime and was satisfied in the past. My a/c started acting up and in January I had the compressor replaced. I used my auto pass credit card to pay $1200 as I am on a fixed income. Made an appointment on July 6th at the Firestone Complete Auto care in Yorba Linda, CA to bring in my car the next day at 7am for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and to look up a code for the check engine light that came on yesterday morning. I have just spent the last 20 minutes reading a bunch of bad to worst reviews about Firestone and tires plus How are these rip off artist crooks still in business! My wife and I experienced the same exact situations. One car went to tires plus for an inspection and we wound up paying $900 for a so called busted strut on one side with a recommendation to get the other side done for an additional $400! I went here because everywhere else in Waxahachie had a week to month wait. I had to get my brakes replaced for an upcoming trip. They got me in and finished for more than what they quoted. I picked up my vehicle with fresh scratches and chunks out of my wheel. The front guy took a knife to my wheel trying to find rust that was not there. It is my belief that Firestone did something to damage my Air Conditioning System in my car. I took my car to Firestone for an oil change and to check the levels of fluid/Freon in my vehicle. When I took it in my A/C was blowing Cold Air, when I drove my car out it was blowing nothing but warm air. I took it back within 30 minutes of leaving the store and at that time the filled it with refrigerant, and the A/C got cold again, that was on Tuesday June 28th.
