My wife had a slow leak for a month and I couldn't find it. She was driving and it set off the sensors again so I directed her to the Tires Plus 3302 NW 13th St Gainesville 32609. They told her it would be few hours due to staffing, so I picked her up. They later called and said that the tire had several leaks and it would be safer to buy a new tire, which we agreed to do. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had a tire that needed to be patched and went to Firestone for a quick patch. HUGE mistake. An hour later, they bring my car out of the bay and tell me I am good to go (not sure why it even took this long to patch a single tire when there were no other customers there). I go to drive off and can't make it out of the parking lot because my car is driving horribly, loud, bumpy, feels like the wheel isn't on. My car was running when taken into shop. Did $607.00 worth of work, told to come and pick up car and got there car would not move.

The service was so poor, paid expensive! Service was done a month ago. 3 days agoI had problem in the middle of freeway, car overheated, radiator hose fell off, almost hit by cars. Brought back my car to them but they never repaired, instead blaming on something else like engine had prob and manager said that they're not doing that service.

This is the worst business I have ever had any dealings with,They tried to encourage me to have unnecessary maintenance preformed on my vehicle with an inflated price and when I questioned them they reduced what was needed .Then when billed they added it to someone else's account and when confronted about this mistake they made their mistake like our fault. On 9-27-2021 I towed my vehicle to Tires Plus in Ashwaubenon, WI. One employee told me there would be a diagnostic fee to determine what the trouble was. I told them I replaced the starter a couple of months ago, and the battery was a year old. A few hours later, I received a call that I needed a new starter. The one I had was locked up. Then they told me it would cost me $350 for repairs. $230 for a new starter and $120 for labor. I told them I would get back to them. I had an appointment at 10:30 am for a tire rotation service with Brendan 'one of the store managers', It is one of the simplest services anyone could have. I already purchased all 4 of my tires from this location. so, the tire rotation is free of charge. I spoke to the store manager "Brendan" and from what I understood it takes 30 minutes to finish the job. I handed off my car keys and waited in the lobby. I bought tires here and every time I take my car there for tire rotation they magically find a problem with something else. I won't let them work on the problem and take it to my mechanic instead. Then my mechanic assures me that there is nothing wrong and that they were just trying to get my business and money.

9-14-2021 I came in for air for my tires this morning at 9;45. I waited in the lobby while two employees waited on a customer on the phone and another customer in front of me. Only one other person in the waiting area. After 10 minutes the gentleman that was on the phone ask me what I needed. I said air.
