Dex Media is completed unorganized and will not put anything in writing instead relying on collections people to constantly harass you. We have a new business and our new information was combined with our prior existing business on the invoice, and upon request for it to be separated, we were told it cannot be until we paid the bill. My company retained YP for advertisement services associated with Google ad words. My company DID NOT provide YP with any authorization to automatically charge my credit card. However, YP unilaterally charged my credit card without my authority and never requested any information from me pertaining to credit card authorization. Dex media promised me that if i refer a business, they will give me a discount and they never put this into my account ! The business I referred signed a contract with dex media, but they put a wrong address on the ad and I think it dex media fault I still havent gotten my discount, thank you

After reviewing our client's concerns we were able to confirm that the referral credit was not applied due to no payments being received from the referred client. Referral credits are only paid after a minimum of two payments are made. In this case the referred client had not made any payments to date on their account. In my opinion it's a total scam. It started with them selling me a Deal that does not exist, only after two month that i thought i'm on air, they told me that the Deal they sold me does not exist. somehow they convinct me to buy a bigger Deal. I was a customer of Dex Media for many years. In July of 2016, they outsourced or changed their billing system. Since then, I never receive paper bills or email reminders. When my bill is a couple of months overdue, I get a delinquent notice with the threat of collection. I recently cancelled my business with them due to this, and I am now being threated with collection again. I pay all my bills on time. This is a very disorganized company. I have advertised my business with Dex Media for 25 years, Dex made a billing error and turn the account over to collections. I will serve out the term of my contract and NEVER do business with them again.

Dex Media is a joke, do not sign with them, they do not provide the services they tell and then you get charged in advance. They send me a bill but they charge what ever they want.

This company has evaded calls, neglected general business standards, and has shown their lack of integrity in every interface we have had with them. Account was cancelled months ago and we are still receiving bill. Upon trying to call and see why the account was not cancelled the first time, we were told they had no record of our call. They have not even had the decency to call us back when all we want is the confirmation of cancellation that we asked for months ago

All that is pending for the matter to be closed is for the client to clear up to balance through the cancellation date as agreed .
Verbal contracts confusing at best. Not getting the services for the price I was given in writing. I'm not even sure if I am getting any service at all. For the time being, have been overcharged. Is to be corrected - but I am doubtful that it will be resolved anytime soon.
