I was told I had an account rep to help me use the product. She was unavailable almost the entire time, and stood me up by phone on 2 different occasions. Once we spoke, she pointed out the service created leads for me from phone numbers "555 etc", all but two of which I recognized as repeat telemarketing numbers that harass my business constantly. Do not ever do business with this company. I started with this company so that my companies phone #s and addresses would be in sync throughout the internet. I was told this would be done on a weekly basis. I was told I would be able to verify their service. It didn't happen. I called today to cancel service based on failure to perform. The 1st person said he "couldn't hear me" after I said that I wanted to cancel service. He heard me fine prior to my order to cancel. He then put on the line another gentleman. We signed on with Dex Media when we purchased our business. In our third year with them we had a life change and had to sell our business. We called to let them know we would no longer need their services and they said we were bound by the contract. It was October and we would have to pay $250/mo for a service we no longer would be using until June. We asked if there was a buy out and they said "no". Refer to all the reviews before this one. They say it all! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They put incorrect information in my phone book ad which I refuse to pay for and despite numerous calls will not respond. I've now been sent to their collections department who will answer my calls but apparently can't resolve my issue. If I ran my business like this I'd be out of business.

Worst company to ever exist. We have been an advertiser in the yellow pages for over 50 years. Over the past ten years there has been one problem after another. After the last problem where they had to credit us $200 a month we decide we had had enough and canceled our advertising. They canceled our advertising in our home directory and kept up in another book and on line. We have been trying to get this resolved since 07/17/17 with no luck. As the client experienced multiple fulfillment issues in the past and no longer wishes to continue his program, I agreed to adjust the remaining balance in full. The client was amenable to this agreement and our transaction was ended to satisfaction on both sides.

"DO NOT GET ADVERTISING WITH THIS COMPANY" This company is awful, no communication, they can not get anything right, customer service is a non existent department. They have not created our advertising and are still sending bills, it has been 3 going on 4 months, the wrong address and phone number on the advertising" documented". Called every day "documented" get transferred to "Customer Service" and disconnected, or put on hold then call disconnects. Buyer beware!!! Very deceptive company, they will sale you one product and bill for another. I thought I was simply signing up for digital advertising but they took it upon themselves and signed me up for print advertising. This was an entire year after I signed up for digital. Then they will try and provide some broken down audio of you agreeing to the service which is actually you agreeing to another service entirely. Save yourself time and money and stay away, far away from these crooks.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They put wrong information, incorrectly categorized my agency, and still had the audacity to send me a bill. These people don't know anything about good business practices or ethics in business. Furthermore, despite their well trained sales team, they know nothing about digital marketing.

Our clients online listing had the incorrect business name and address, so we put in a request to have it corrected. Lastly, we agreed to make a partial adjustment which the client accepted.
