I have called and emailed this company over 6 times to cancel my account with them. I received 1 call back and was told they would escalate the issue and i never heard back. That was over 2 months ago. They continue to take money out of my account each month even after i have told them not to. I am not happy with their VERY poor customer service and inability to cancel.

After reviewing the account, our client was still under an Agreement at the time of Cancelation Request. However, the advertising did bill our client past the term of the Marketing Agreement. My experience with this business is so bad that I'm not even sure it is a legitimate business and not a scam. They are literally impossible to reach. The phone numbers don't work and the email addresses bounce. I received a letter dated March 6 which arrived in my mailbox on March 23 saying I would be billed on March 28th. Just throw away any mail you receive from them and don't ever pay them a dime.

Our clients issue was that they had received a notice of renewal for their advertising agreement and they were unable to reach someone to advise that they did not wish to renew the agreement for the upcoming issue. I've been in contact with my "representative" and the three supervisors above him for 2 months now regarding a bill we received with an incorrect charge. We recently signed a new contract and have been charged above and beyond the contract rate each month since then. I've called numerous times each week for the past 8 weeks and not a single one of them will answer a phone or return a phone call and nothing has been done to remedy the issue. Dex yp had made an error on our advertising in 2016. So for the year 2017, they offered to let us have Extended Search Solutions free for one year, and then it was to be removed. When the bill came for 2018, the Search was still on there along with a fee for Directory Products for $52.00. Our secretary signed the contract not realizing the charge was still on there. When we called about it in March, they refused to remove the Search charge so I asked to have a contract sent to me. On our invoices we were being billed $71.00 ... read more

NEGATIVE REVIEW-over promise and under delivery. I was lied to by every rep I spoke with. We had a one year contact and after 6 months it was not working at all. The the calls we received we not relevant to our business. The sales rep got permission to alter contact and to try another service that would yield a better outcome. I paid the 12months for the contact, now the company is seeking $2,0000 more dollars for the extension of the so called contacted. I paid over 8k to the company. This is by far one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever dealt with. The company signed up with them in 2015 for paper and internet ads. Given recent changes in our within our company, we have been looking into various expenses. It was only then that we found out that the agreement entered into was on "auto" renewal. Although a proof was sent upon renewal in 2016, nothing was sent in 2017. We contacted their customer service in Nov 2017 indicating that we would like to cancel services. This company can't return phone inquiries. They listed my business under the wrong category, wrong description and on top of it all spelled my business's name wrong! And then instead of working it out they just flat out never retuned my calls.

I am unable to cancel my services. The representatives handling accounts do what they can to honor requests but the higher ups are dishonest and will not honor requests. Do not agree to any of their offers. Stay away from DexYP, Thryv, YP and related services.
