I have phonebook ads, a website and a social media presence through this company and they work with me through all of my possible needs. I am small business owner and DexYP contact me for advertisement, they advice me 1 year of commitment, they promise me a lot of business and if I get one job in the month from DexYP advertisement if no enough for pay the monthly premium. I called them several times and they promise me a credit to my account, but I never see the credit, they try to sell me new commitments with other services, but I never see result. I do not get costumer from they advertisement. In a few words to many promises, no results.

I hirred DexYP when my company moved Boston to Quincy to help with the online presence with the major changes. DexYP did not do what was contracted was hired for. I would not use them and would do your homework.. At the end of the day they sent me to a private collection company fight me for $201.58 I just paid them just get them out of my life. There really shouldn't be a star of any kind attached when it comes to DexYp. I am a small business owner who had a very unpleasant experience with DexYp, There representative came in to talk with us and we decided to give them another chance so i signed a 6 month contract with them knowing that it was just a trial. I called and cancelled our account with Dex on April 2nd and received an email confirmation on the 3rd. I just got a bill from them for the digital media which, when I cancelled, I specifically said I wanted to cancel EVERYTHING. They said it would not be a problem. Obviously, someone didn't get the memo. I just called and had been on hold to talk to a "specific" representitive who handles this and after 20 minutes on hold (which means I cannot get any business calls) I just hung up. How on earth does this company have an A+ rating with the BBB? I have never had so many problems trying to cancel a service, which is obsolete in the internet era. I have called and called and emailed and called and never once have I received a return call or email. I am at my wits end with this company. I have been attempting to cancel our service since February and they are avoiding me like the plague because they don't want us to cancel. I have wasted countless hours dealing with these people!

My company signed up with DexYP in June 15th of 2017. After my company's first meeting with our Campaign Manager, I decided to look up reviews because he had absolutely no idea what we had signed up for and what our google listing was. In late December 2017 we received a renewal notice for 2018 with a response date of 1/19/2018 for any changes. We did not respond as the current listings were sufficient. The letter gave us a new rate of $46.10 / month down from $50.00 / month last year. In January and February we were invoiced. $50.00 each and we paid those invoices.
