I did advertise with DexYP last year, only because when I tried to cancel I was told I was under contract and would have to fulfill it, before cancellation. I played the game, but this year, I received a letter on 4/17/18 (yesterday) dated 4/11/18 to renew my contract. I enclosed a letter to mail back today to cancel, then I noticed in there letter it stated last day to cancel or change was 3/17/18. We have had DEX for several years then they started to list our ads incorrectly with no resolution offered and very little return on investment. Our "REP" would only respond via e-mail and wouldn't answer any question directly. I sent an e-mail out to him in January stating that i would not be renewing our contract and to cancel all contracts with us. well lo and behold we kept getting billed and he no longer responded to our contact attempts. we called their conflict resolution dept and their rep was a complete ****. at the... read more

I received the worst experience ever with Dex YP & Thryv. I started my advertising with Dex, they promised to boost my exposure and gain calls to my business. Yes my incoming calls increased but many of the calls would hang up soon as I answered, ring once and then fall off, and/or I would call these numbers back and the number belonged to NO ONE! Through no fault of the client, there was a delay in the start of the program as well as inconsistencies pertaining to information displayed with the product. i signed up with them in October and thought they were a month to month. i cancelled them January by email they sent conformation that they received it and someone would be contacting me shortly they never did. after 3 months i start receiving a bill from them with late payment fees. i called them and they dont want to fix this problem.

I had a terrible experience with the local THRYV sales department. As a marketer myself, I should have known better than to believe their setup (without any input from me) would be valuable to my business. Also, that she was advised by her Business Advisor that she would be refunded in full, and has yet to receive the refund. Very disappointed in our account manager James W. We have a standing appointment every month that he fails to participate in. He has show up at my office for a scheduled meeting to sell me another product, with out knowing how our account was performing. Can you imagine? We have seen ZERO return on our investment. Advertising yields no business and their representatives are not truthful. Contracts renewed without contacting me first.

worst advertising company that ever hired, i think is a scam, NO 1 GOOD WORK LEAD/JOB IN 6 MONTHS. my supposed to be good work leads were nothing but another marketers trying to sell me more ads. promotions. out of 13 work leads 1 was a prosper. when i checked it.
