I met with Salesperson Kelly who gave a wonderful presentation about how Dex could propel our business through their marketing and SEO campaigns. That is where the wonderful stopped. The implementation was a mess from the start. They started billing immediately, but the web site took weeks to go live, the information posted was incorrect, and took days to have corrected, the text feature is still not up after 6 months. Anyone who is considering working with DEX should stay far far away from this company.

We reached out to our client & were able to come to a mutual agreement. Though the programs appears to be working well, there were changes that needed to be made with one of them. I was promised the moon and got nothing in return these people said my buisness would increase it hasnt not one person has seen my ads or contacted me from my website now im stuck paying for something that doesnt work. I think its time too seek the help of a lawer.

Thank you for the opportunity to review & address our clients concerns. His concern was due to the lack of results he felt he was receiving from his digital program. We spoke with our client & reviewed the program & reporting. We did come to an agreement & have terminated the program, but advised that the current charges to date are valid. To whom it may concern, It has been our "Flamingo Fishing", good fortune to have known Brandon O'Dell in a professional capacity as our yp consultant for many years. He has given us the best marketing advice, he is so knowledgeable on different strategies and when we followed his advice our business increased. To often good sales reps are taken for granted, I was always inpressed by the new ideas he had.

Terrible Customer Service. They over bill and have been caught. They never do what they say they are going to do.

Thank you for the opportunity to speak with our client. The client's concerns regarding his billing have been reviewed and addressed by our Finance team. After reviewing our client's concerns, it appears that the client had multiple billing accounts which caused the billed amounts to be unclear. We have agreed to consolidate the billing accounts into one to avoid further confusion. All future billing and payments will be moved to the consolidated account. This business is the most deceptive advertising available they refuse to accept cancelation notices and auto reup into new contracts. EVEN AFTER ive canceled with a confirmation number they called me yet again saying it wasnt canceled. It doesnt surprise me they have only negative reviews.

The client had an digital program that was under contract until 12/20/2017 as well as a print product that ran through 1/31/2018. Based on the reporting the digital program was performing well, but had several issues at the beginning of the program in regards to the call tracking on the account . Complete crooks, and very misleading. Marybeth and her team misled my boss on the rate, getting us locked into a 6 month contract. The high rate turned out to be a monthly rate and not the rate for the 6 month term like we were told. Customer support from your "sales team" is nonexistent. In addition, we have not received anything even resembling a "lead". Complete waste of money, and by the time you realize you are being taken advantage of your contract will be about up.

We acknowledged that there was a quality issue with the leads he was receiving and we were able to come to a settlement agreement with Parker (removing his remanding balance) that he was happy with. We also confirmed that his program would be cancelled effective 2/27/2018.

This company is HORRIBLE. I signed up for the Thryv platform. It didn't do anything for me so I cancelled the service. I have confirmation that my account was to end 1/13 but yet on 2/9 I have another charge from them. No one is around to assist me and they take forever to get back to you. Run away if you are thinking about doing business with them!

Our client contacted us through Consumer Affairs on 2/12/18 stating they requested to cancel the 6 month agreement on 10/17/17. After researching our clients account we discovered due to a system error their advertisement was not canceled as requested. Shady practices. Salesman does not explain that you need to cancel the new year three months before the contract end or you are held in the contract for another year. I called when the first bill came for the new year to explain that we did not sign a contract for the new year. The salesman said he does not work for them anymore. He gave me his old bosses phone number at Dex and that person never returned calls. Then his mailbox became full. He evidently doesn't return anyone's call. Very shady contract and salespeople. Worse company ever to get out of-even when your account is paid, they harass you and say it isn't. You cancel your account and they still hound you 5 years later!
