This company is the WORST company in the WORLD. As a new business owner I signed up with them to help my company generate some leads. The representative Shesielle **** made me so much promises I would be getting a lot of calls in about a month. It has almost been 4 months, NOTHING. Then they been charging my account crazy fees out of no where. They place you in these yearly contracts and make so much promises they DO NOT keep. I decided to try this service to help promote my barber shop. After nothing happening for 2-3 weeks I claimed the Google and Yelp pages for my business myself and realized how little this company does for $80 a month. I wrote a letter to their headquarters and an email to the sales representative I had met in person, requesting to cancel my subscription. I was told I signed a 12 month agreement and cannot cancel even though I was under the impression I could cancel at any time. Thieves

We had this company running seo and facebook marketing for us , or at least that is what they stated they were going to do it turned out they were only doing facebook and no seo so we cancelled our monthly contract . 14 months later I started getting collection notices now the say I owe a balance of almost 3K for a $250 per month subscription that did us no good

I signed up with YP for 9 months. I paid them a total of $720 and did not get a single lead from them in the whole 9 months.

Ever since YP became YP/DEX. Total disappoinrtment. Now they are selling advertising program called thryv when they renew your Print ads in the yellow pages. Tried to cancel. YP/DEX and Thryv Billing me and will not provide a call back. Runaway from these companies they are bad news. Theft by deception. They are there only to sell and bill you. I honestly would not know where to even begin. All I can say is read the reviews and do the math. I have had every and all of the problems and then some from all of the peoples complaints. I too have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ($20,000.00-$25,000.00) per year and have been threated to be sued for their incompetence on so many different levels. DON'T BE AN IDIOT! Worst company to advertise with. My company went out of business and I filled out there form's they keep sending me bills and I call them and try to resolve this matter. then they tell me it is automatical renewed. They even send me emails asking for my company's phone number WTH. It is a BIG SCAM.............. POOR COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH DEX MEDIA OR AS KNOWN NOW BY DEX-YP
