I signed up with DexYP some time back in October to do some marketing. My Sales Rep guaranteed me that they would produce 5 screened leads per month. Not much but a start. My sales rep Joshua ****** told me they usually product 500% to 700% more leads than quoted. So fast forward account is set up and running. There was an issue with the type of leads the program provided and therefore a remedy put in place to help improve the performance of the program. Dex.yp aka yellowpages.com is a rip-off you can not cancel your account once you join I have tried for many months and they will not help. I spend a lot of money to be #2 position on the website in my local area and I have never received 1 call it's the worst advertising you can ever do. Do not believe or trust the sales people save your money.

I have been in business as a consulting engineer since 1996 and had a YP ad the whole time. This past summer as I recall, I got a call from Dex YP and did know who they were. I called them back and wanted to cancel my ad at the end of the year. I also called them again in October to cancel my ad. I do a special type of engineering and I have never gotten a bonafide contact from anyone that read the YP ad. This company is a very poor example of customer service. They only care about "policy" over people and have no regard for death or uncontrollable events that force a business to close. I have been communicating with them for over four months to resolve a cancellation. DexMedia or DexYP is will not matter, don't do business and cancel if you are. Over a year ago signed a new contract adjusting print advertising to almost nothing and digital curtailed since we use our own website/SEO. When the "new" contract started we were billed based on the old one. Call to get this fixed went unanswered, so did emails to customer care. This followed a pattern or problems even before this. Total Scam. Loops you into a revolving contract. Can't even provide me with a copy of original contract. Cost of paying out the 1 year would be less than litigating this.
If you are a small business or just started your business I highly dont recommend this advertising website to any one . They burn your phone with phone calls to get what they want your $$$.
