Have just recently switched from YP to DexYP and have been very satisfied with their product. Their web designer helped us design a new website that we are very pleased with and the new product is less expensive than my old YP product. Would highly recommend DexYP

DexYP (formerly the Yellow Pages) practices underhanded business. We signed up to improve our internet searches FOR ONE YEAR. But lo and behold, they have an Automatic Renewal Clause in their fine print. So even if you only sign up for a year, you still CANNOT Cancel after said year. Their service was useless and we cancelled it. And they let us believe that was so, but continued to charge us. *********, ****** & ****** New York. Sept. 11, 2018. And I am leaving a star because I can't not leave any!

I had a problem with receiving my emails through my website "Contact Me" page. **** was persistent in getting the problem solved. Also, I received four contacts over the last few days, through the "Contact Me" page, and upon my calling the clients, I was able to book two very interesting jobs. DexYp lacks customer service; or just has terrible customer service. I have been having problems for 3 years with them putting a fax number in the phone book instead of my voice line - been trying to get them to correct it but they refuse. In the last 2 years, when I've renewed my ad, nothing is as was specified, but when you have questions or concerns, you can't get anyone to call you back no matter how many messages you leave. They don't respond to emails; they responded to one letter with an email and I haven't had any lu... read more

We have tried to cancel this for a month. We don't know why or when we started getting bills. Office Staff have called multiple times and only once have spoken to customer service person. They said they were unable to cancel for 11 months, and they were also unable to cc our office on an email documentation. Terrible experience.
