Kyle was extremely responsive and reviewed the thryv software with me to assist my transition. Did not feel rushed or disrespected during the entire demonstration. All questions were replied to in a acceptable manner.

Representative Nagih ******* and Steve in the technical department were both very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and understanding about us hesitating giving out any information as to account number and password, but they reassured and proved to us that they are legit! They both explained what the update was about and how we would benefit by allowing DexYP to do the maintenance on our website. The 5 star reviews below are obviously Dex employees trying to offset all of the bad reviews. How many customers are going to go out of their way to post these reviews on the BBB site? None! Dex is a horrible company to deal with. Their customer service is almost non-existent and their reps flat out misrepresent their products and services. Thryv is a great concept and looks good on paper but fulfillment, follow-up and actual delivery of positive results is a 1 at best.

I give them 6 stars! I have been with DEX YP for more than 10 years, and have been enrolled in the THRYV program for almost a year since 10/2017. My business and leads from their programs exceeded my expectations. I have used their 24x7 support during this time via phone and email. Their reps have been very knowledgeable and responsive in a very timely manner. There hasn't been 1 instance where my question or problem was not resolved within an hour or 2 depending on the complexity of the problem, sometimes within 5 minutes. ... read more
