I created an account just to help people find my business online, and within the first 24 hours I had about 20 marketers call me trying to get me to purchase websites, etc. You had to drag it out of them to say they were not associated with YP. And when I went to my account page to close the account, there is no way to do it. I had to jump through hoops for over an hour to finally get the account removed. Really a shame. Absolutely ridiculous company! They charged us for advertising that we never signed up for, and our bills are coming under a completely different company name (Budget Home Improvement). We are a medical clinic, not a home improvement center. We never authorized advertising! They've said they would straighten out our billing since May 2018! I just spent over an hour on the phone and they STILL do not have it corrected. They are now saying we owe because there is an advertisement with our company's address on it. I am new to the new arrangement with Thryv with Dex YP so I had a lot of questions regarding the new billing issue with both companies together but the staff that spoke with me about it was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.
