The customer service representative are rude, unprofessional behavior and unreliable because I was told that all my services were back on after I resumed my services with them last week Tuesday morning. I also gave them a call again this week Monday to make sure that my services will remain the same by Friday morning at&t cut off my services. Dex Media in the opinion of our firm, a Regional CPA firm in New England, is unfortunately NOT good and in fact is so poor that for the firs time in our firm's 50+ year history, we are making a formal BBB complaint. In January 2018 our firm merged with another firm that had historically used Dex YP.
