I completely agree with Michelle * and her 02/17/2019 review. I cannot believe this company has some 5 star reviews...must be family of employees. I have been trying to cancel this service for a couple years. They always have an excuse. This time they say a letter was mailed in early December, but they can't mail me a copy of it. I can't say how upset I am with their lack of customer service. Stay away from this company!!!!

Dexyp has become a scam!! They turned off my tracking numbers to my business during the hurricane Matthew in Florida.. They have sold my info to rouge companies. Manager John ****** even admitted that someone turned off all my numbers. I must have lost a half a million dollars in business. He and the rest of there so called rep's did nothing to solve the problem and would not return my phone calls. They only gave my a credit of 59 dollars a month off my bill per month. INCOMPETENT COMPANY. First they get my small business contact information wrong on SuperPages. Then I contact them between 5 and 10 different times via both online forms and phone calls. After the phone call, I was told it would update within 24 and 48 hours. A week and a half later, it's still not resolved. What's worse is they wanted to charge me an outrageous fee to correct/lock in the information they won't even bother to verify is correct before they publish.

DO NOT USE this company!! Even though I never signed a contract, and called early into working with them to let them know this was not working for me and cancelled, they continue to send bills for services I'm not even using, and now a collection agency has contacted me.
