This company is very deceptive. I've been receiving phone calls and bills in the mail for over a year and a half requesting payment for advertising that was past due. Each time they call, they ask to speak to me (the business owner) and when I get on the phone they ask me to hold and they transfer me to a different department. Every time they transfer me, until today, I wait on hold for 10-20 minutes without anybody answering so I hang up. Today within 3-5 minutes they had someone from the other department on the line. TERRIBLE. We have had multiple attempts to cancel an auto renew contract for YP advertising and they are not following the terms outlined in our 2015 contract. The terms plainly state 12 months, yet they are insistent we have a 14 month contract but cannot reference when or how we were ever made aware of the changes. 7 phone calls later, no one will pull up our actual contract and discuss it with me.
