This company is slimy, be very careful!! they put an auto renew clause in paragraph 3! AFTER it says they will contact you to renew - read it ALL, very carefully.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. The lack of professionalism is unmatched except maybe with the mob. Good luck cancelling with these guys as they will never get your email, or letter. They will hound you forever because they do not produce and everything they tell you is a lie.

They told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to sign up with then. After 4 months into the "campaign" I had no website and no follow through from anyone at DexYP/Thryv, or whatever, to get the site up and running until I complained. They never requested access to my Google My Business listing even though they claimed to "manage listings." I tried to get help from my sales rep since he claimed he would be there for ANYTHING I needed, but was told he was no longer in charge of anything having to do with my account AFTER ... read more

Avoid this company. I contracted with them when they were YP.com in Charlotte NC. Dealt with them for 2-3 years. The leads were not meeting expectations, I still worked with them to iron things out and focus the leads more. Still did not meet expectations. In June and July of last year I tried to cancel my program for non-performance and my Rep fell of the face of the earth. Tried again Nov/Dec 2018 by changing and removing my CC info with communication to the company. They still charged (outside of our contract period). In ... read more

I have been on a nightmare roller coaster trying to cancel two accounts for MONTHS! Constant lies and conveniently being unable to locate your own "recordings" of your own conversations with us and conveniently finding notes that do not include our side of conversations. I have never dealt with such a non-professional, sneaky, lying business in my life and I intend to share our nightmare of doing business with you to all our business owning friends. Never again!
