I had a wonderful experience with Dalton. Even though our company didn;t need anything other than phone book advertising, he listened and was very attentive to our needs, as well as having a great sense of humor.

Been in business for 30 years and this company lands in the top 3 worst businesses I've dealt with. Dishonest Sales reps, almost impossible cancellation policy, automatic renewals not informed of. Just stay away

Still keep getting bills...... 1st letter send to Dex Media: April 14, 2017. Re: Distribution of Phone Book - This letter is to inform you that you are in breach of our agreement and are no longer to charge our credit card. We will not be paying for a service that is not being provided as described by Wanda **. We will expect a credit back for the first 2 months of the year. This is due to misleading distribution. They are, at best an inefficient organization.. But quite possibly just another cooperate scam. Automatic renewals on contracts.. and a conveluded and ardious cancelation policy. I reccommend that you use anyone else... These people are the absolute worst. 8 years of taking my money and then when the business goes under they want to keep charging me until I go through their bs to cancel a never-ending contract that I didn't agree to. This format requires me to do a star to leave a review or I would leave O stars. This company indiscriminately dumps unsolicited dex books front of all the mail boxs in my neighborhood for the residents to resolve with use, recycle, or toss. They went through the neighborhood dropping at a mailbox regardless of a used or currently vacant property. Terrible customer service in billing department. Reps lack basic English proficiency. I waited 5 months for a review to terminate my contract. I had to rephrase my questions over and over, ever more simply, to finally get straight answers. Very time consuming. Very frustrating. Very unprofessional.

This is BOGUS. Stay away. Was assured I would get 10 to 15 good leads per month from customers who were ready to buy. 4 Months and not even one strong prospect.
