I cancelled when YP sold out to them.....they continued to bill me for a year even though I called every single month and have the name on file of whom I spoke with. I have now been charged a year worth of service and turned over to collection. This company is BOGUS!

If you are in the market and looking into advertisement do not use dexyp. Their salesmen will Hound you and promise you the world and you will get nothing in return. It will be just like donating money to them monthly, and believe me they will Hound you for their money. After trying to talk to them and tell them I was not receiving any work from their promised advertising they refused to do anything and threatened to send me to collection if I did not pay the agreed amount. in July of 2018 my website was transfered from dex to thryv, and I lost all controll of my website,,, I called and asked for help for 3 months, finally on oct 2, 2019 my "xcase" was sent in for review.......... so I fired dex........... now today may 2 2019 they want to resolve the matter........ I will see dex in court !!!!!!!!!!!
