Extremely dishonest billing practices. I requested cancellation of all services (print and online), in writing on September 25, 2019. Basically make it so that you can't cancel without being charged the full amount of your "contract", however many years they talked you into. The bill decreased when the new print yellow pages came out, but my business was still charged for online services, as pathetic as they were. Then, my online services were "canceled" as of July 17, 2019 but since the billing cycle very conveniently ended... read more

This company is a scam. They lie to you too get you to sign up and when you realize they are doing nothing for your company and try to cancel their monthly charges they tell you okay, but continue to bill you. They also say the record all calls, but they cannot find the ones where you cancelled your account. I also have email copies of the cancelled account, but they continue to charge.

Had sales consultant Angie go over a lot of information that would benefit our church. She showed me and spent a great amount of time going over all my questions, and I had a bunch! Never did she make me feel rushed or that any of my many questions were not important. She was the absolute best sales rep. I have personally every dealt with! The product has a lot of potential and I plan to use it all and hopefully expand it's uses as our needs require!
