Completely crooked operation. DO NOT USE THEM. Digital advertising gets you no traffic and phone books are dead. They scam you with auto renewal without informing you and say they tried to contact you before new contract and never do. Was with them for 13 years and this is how they repay you, You've been warned. I'd leave NO STARS but you can't...

Dex YP, is by far the worst company I've encountered. We signed up for a one year contract with them, when the contract was almost over they called me to renew and we said "NOOOO". Recently we got a billed for over $1,000 dollars. We quickly called them and told them we had not renewed and that we wanted our money back. We explain that we never renewed our contract, and that we wanted our money back because WE NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS DONE, AND THEY STILL PROCEEDED TO DO S... read more

Like other small businesses in the last 15 years, we had to decide if the steep price of white and yellow pages advertising was worth it. As a small business serving only local community since 1995, we stuck with printed yellow pages too long and their digital bundle was not performing as they'd promised..
