I've been very happy with my Dex Thryv programs. My Business Advisor always manages/discusses what we need and not anything more.

We signed up for Yellow Pages in two market areas. When our internal marketing analysis showed customers not willing to travel that far to rent equipment, in January of 2019 we dropped one area and were not billed for it through August. In September we were again billed for it on Acct #....90763 with a new product duration of 9/1/19 through 11/30/20. In the Fall of October 2018, we contacted Dex YP to CANCEL all & any contract (that they admittedly renewed without our Approval). They promised that the Account had been Cancelled AND we were Credited $2887.40 in early October. Still the biills came. After another lengthy call to them, they AGAIN promised that it was just an error on their part and our Account would be Cancelled- and Credited us another $1618.50. And still the bills come. Dex yp is the MOST DISHONEST ADVERTISING COMPANY ON THE PLANET. BUYER BEWARE. I wont go into much detail but I was forced to settle after being threatened and turned over to a group of lawyers over services I had proof I never ordered. I had phone calls recorded. They will sign you up, auto renew contracts, up your contracts without asking, change your representative with no follow up, pressure you to buy more when you dont need it and when you call to cancel or write in make sure you get it notarized otherwise you will spen... read more
