I think Thryv is a RIP off! Save your money. I changed my listing address in Thryv over 2 weeks ago but this change has yet to take effect and sync up with my listings online associated with my Thryv account. I agreed to spend 59.00 a month to make sure all my listings associated with thryv online sync up. This was a major selling point of the 59.00 a month budget which was a mandatory 6 month contract for Thryv unprofessional help. Dacia was very informative. I had specific needs and Dacia explained where thryv could meet those needs. Great experience!
BEWARE! They will harass you with customer service reps to "upgrade" your services. Then when you're unhappy and don't want to renew your yearly contract, they ghost you and keep sending bills anyway. Then they will send you to collections because even though you communicated with the rep on the phone and IN EMAIL that you will not renew, they say you didn't cancel correctly.
I had this service for one year at $250 a month or $3000 a year and after one year all that I got out of there service was a yellow page add. None of the other services that were supposed to come with this package were ever performed. No customer service until you try to cancel then I received a phone call from a rude sales person calling me a fool for canceling.

I was very pleased with Tanner, my Customer Representative. He took the time to go over all aspects of our listing, as well as, helping me to check on the clients we may be reaching within our ad scope.
Awesome and knowledgeable and think it will really help my business
Chris was well prepared & knew about who & where my customers come from. He had answers to my questions & more. It was helpful to have him show me the studies done about how some homeowners are still predominately using the phone book. Call tracker is still a great tool to measure where your customers are coming from. He was a pleasant person to talk with-not too pushy.
It was a pleasure working with my business rep, Lauren! She was very courteous and informative. I could tell she really listened to my own feedback and was very responsive to questions I had and explained everything clearly. I was expecting a push to add on services and it wasn't that at all. Lauren was very informed with what services our company had, might needed or may need/want in the future.
