I have been using Thryv for over a year. I love how easy it is to use. How much they update and improve the software. The local networking events they hold. There is so much to love with thryv. They really care about the customer. One of the main things I use is the payment processor. It has been a huge help to my business!!!

False marketing. I was sold on a different service and Thryv did not produce on anything they promised to me. Spending over $1,100/month and a complete waste of money. Terrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel my Thryv account for two weeks now by both calling and emailing them. When I am able to get a hold of someone, I am transferred around and put on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. No one seems to know how to cancel a Thryv account within their company.
