We have had nothing but problems with them since they started merging together. Wrong billing, misspelled information & our name in the yellow pages, our advertising information is still not correct. They have us in categories we don't do. We have stopped all advertising with them. They also take forever to follow through when you call or e-mail, sometimes weeks before they get back to you. when they do get back to you they are polite and have plenty of excuses. We are not happy with them.

We have been using Thryv since it was DexMedia. I have enjoyed using it, but it is what it was, or I thought it was. It "WAS" just a company helping to host our website. I was way wrong! I didn't think I was utilizing it to its fullest potential as I had seen options on my dashboard I had never used and didn't know about. I emailed in a request to learn.
