Adopted the Thryv platform almost a year ago. I chose to use them to streamline many of my digital services to one vendor. Best of all, there is a person to reach out to when I have a question, actual people I can call or meet to train me or ask a question. In a time when we struggle to get a human to help with simple issues, Thryv has the right idea. Provide customer service with real people.
Never Again will I advertise online with this company!!! I own a Residential Remodeling company and had advertised with Yellow Pages for years. They were fantastic. Once Dex and YP joined I thought it would be the same service. Not at all!! I called customer service several times to get problems with Thryve resolved and to ask for help. I was given terrible support. I also complained that I had clicked on the DO NOT SHOW MY ADDRESS, since I did not have a store front.
