Beth the Dex rep. was very friendly, honest and helpful regarding my account with them. I explained my situation as getting close to retirement and wanting to trim some of my advertising costs as I transition to that day. Don't think they even should get a 1 star. They haven't done anything for me. Software hasn't worked right since I signed on, even with me calling them to fix it. They also said they would post on my social media sites including LinkedIn. As soon as I signed contract they said they were sorry that they miss spoke. Of course they hardly post on Facebook for me unless I go fix it on dashboard myself, otherwise it doesn't work. Best bang for the buck. We looked at multiple software platforms to manage our client services business, and in order to do all the services that Thryv will do, we had to purchase multiple platforms for a lot more money. Or, we were too small of a business for some platforms to even talk to us. We couldn't be happier with the product or the service.
The Thryv program is awesome!! Takes a lot of load of extra work...especially for marketing campaigns and advertisement! You can set it and forget it! Great tracking of info and the apps available that come with the program are excellent! I will start with 4 stars, and hopefully after learning more I will change it to 5!
