We would rather not give any stars given the lack of customer service and prompt resolution provided by DexYP. We were told the service would list our Tax Preparation business in the Yellow pages with our phone number we have had for 25+ years. Instead we received phone calls for other businesses and from other businesses. When DexYp was informed of this issue they denied this allegation. We had informed them to not track our phone numbers and they continued to do so. We continued to receive phone calls for other businesses ... read more

Do not use this company. We had them for 2 years. First year we had seen results, second year, as soon as the contract was signed, everything stopped happening. I followed all reports and phone recordings so I know what was happening and what wasn't. The second year we were bleeding money, not even getting enough leads/clicks/calls to pay for their campaign. Now, I did everything they asked to cancel at the end of the contract, gave 24 days notice in writing instead of requested 10 days and they kept charging. Sent us to a c... read more
