I wrote Dex Media to cancel all of my accounts because of fraudulent practices by my sales rep. I asked him to lower my rates when my renewal came up. But my rates remained the same on the quote that was e-mailed to me. So I called them and cancelled all of my products and was given a confirmation number and told that my bills would continue thru the end of the year. After reviewing the account we were able to confirm the request to cancel. A system issue had caused the digital items to not be canceled in error. The advertising has been canceled effective immediately and adjustments have been processed to credit back the months our client paid in error. I made a contract with them after the meeting I had with their salesperson. It was the worst experience I could have with a advertisement company. They charge me 587 $ month for nothing. The consulter said me I am going to receive 10 to 15 calls every month which I never recieved that number of calls and after while when I called him and asked he returned me we never guaranteed it and even didn't say about that much call! Stay AWAY!! You can't cancel once you sign up. They will just keep sending you bills one after another. I called and cancelled our account in October of 2016 because we weren't getting any leads from it. I was told we were under contract until February 2017 and would have to pay until then. Fine, no problem I get it. So I have and when I received my bill in February I called again to confirm that the account was cancelled. Dex Media has spoken with the client to discuss this issue and resolve the complaint. Our records indicate the cancellation was received but the advertising was not pulled from our records. As requested, we have cancelled as well as adjusted for all fees billed after the cancel was received for the digital and removed any late fees accrued to the account as well. I have done business with Dex Media for several years and until the last year had no problem with them. When renewing our account for 2016 we had already a very nice web page with them but were told they would be adding many new features and it would only be a little more than before. Do not advertise with this company! Look at their reviews. I wish we would have looked them up before signing a contract with them. This is one of the most dishonest companies we have ever dealt with.

Terrible company. I received a bill dated 2/6/17 which listed the previous balance as $0.00. They charged my credit card twice on 2/2/17 for $798.00. The monthly bill is supposed to be $399.00 so the bill showed an overpayment of $399.00. I called the number on the bill and was told that the second payment was for March. Problem is, i cancelled on 2/23/17 and I have an email from Dex stating the account was cancelled. I want my money back. I was solicited via cold-call from the sales representative and eventually purchased an annual advertising program from them. They mislead me in terms of what I received in the program. I called in and their representatives were very unhelpful and clearly lacking in confidence to answer my questions and tell me what keywords or landing pages they used.
