I've lived at the Tyler for the last 2 Years and my experiences have been awesome. It's withim walking distance of IUPUI which is really convenient. The best part is that the apartments are fully furnished. Lastly, shout out to my dude Blake who works in the office. He's really nice and extremely helpful. I highly suggest this residence to anyone who is gona go to IUPUI.
Instead of all the negative reviews about The Tyler, let's focus on something positive. I enjoy living at The Tyler because everyone here is super nice and the staff is very helpful. Abby, Kenyari, Blake, and Christina are always such a big help when I talk to them. Maintenance has been very assistive when I need them, the office has accommodated me greatfully, and the amenities at The Tyler are something that I use frequently. Overall, The Tyler has been very enjoyable and I enjoy living here.
I have had a very good experience with The Tyler and their management team. They are always willing to help and make themselves available whenever you need them. The apartments are good size and very nice for a college student. The location is prime for a good experience in Indianapolis. It is very close to downtown and IUPUI campus, with a bus stop that will take you to campus. I recommend The Tyler to everyone!
Kenyari Keith is the Leasing Agent 2 ask 4 when u go 2 tour this amazing apartment complex. Location, it has it. Close 2 schools, restaurants, sports, theater museums and downtown. Fitness Center, pool, conveniences and ambiance. It is the place 2 be 24/7. What a place 2 live!
