Worst place to live ever. Managed poorly. Bunch of idiots.
I have lived in the 1201 apartments since coming to IUPUI at the start of my freshman year last August. My apartment is extremely nice, and very comfortable. The safety of my apartment is wonderful as I am away from home. My experience living at 1201 has been nothing but enjoyable, and I plan to live here for the rest of my college years!
Gave 1201 a chance, The worst thing about it besides the smell, drunks, piss, holes in the wall, rats, and apartment break'ins. Is the 1201 Staff. Never have i ran into such a terribly organized staff especially the Maintenance who looks like they were picked off the curb, and leave their own trash in your apartments. They only care of finding new leases and dumping the old residents. Google this place before you buy into their 4 good site reviews.
They have rats!!!
I won't repeat all of the terrible things about this place, as everyone else has already gone into detail. After getting my car broken into in their parking lot and listening to my neighbor play Call of Duty all day.. I'm just SO glad I got out of there.
