People punch holes in the walls in the hallways, the staff doesn't care about any of your concerns/needs, the halls always smell TERRIBLE! A mix of puke/piss/vomit which are regularly on the carpets.
It's not as bad as other reviews state. The publicity paints it as a paradise which it obviously isn't but it's still a decent place to live (if you don't get obnoxious neighbours). Close to campus and on the route of both IUPUI shuttle and IndyGo.
