With the new management staff at The Tyler, I have had an extraordinary time in thus far in my first year at the apartment. The front office is always able to help me with any questions I need. The prices to live here are lower than any other apartments around the IUPUI campus, and you are definitely getting your money's worth. Sick apt building. I visited friends here on a road trip from Binghamton and wow this place is FUN.
Moved out of this place 3 months ago and turned in my keys. Now, I'm getting a call saying I owe money for carpet cleaning? I don't think so. With all of the trouble I went through with this place, I will not be giving another penny to this disgusting and horrible place. Everything about this place has led to a bad experience especially the "charges" that appear 3 months later. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.
I moved out of the apartment building July of 2015 and I am just now hearing about a bill that's due from a COLLECTIONS AGENCY! They never even contacted me about the bill (none of my contact information has changed..same number and forwarding address) before turning it into collections! I owe $418.75 in damages and cleaning that occurred in "my room". However, it wasn't even the room I lived in!! I called multiple people and emailed but they will not answer or talk to me!! This is my first year living at the Tyler and the best place yet! They were very organized when coming to moving people in and provide a lot of perks for their residents! I would 100% recommend the Tyler to anyone looking for a fun/safe place to live.
