RecommendedGreat complex! So close to everything!
This complex is disgusting. The halls are always filled with molded food/ vomit/ pet leavings from the non existing cleaning crew. On top of that maintenance is unprofessional and creepy. After months of trying to get maintenance to fix my toilet, it over flowed in the middle of the night. I was woke up by a man standing in my room, moving my undergarments without my permission. This place is unprofessional, dirty, and they like to charge fees unwarranted.
Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer roommate matching and fun events for residents. Definitely recommend!
Regret signing the lease. My daughter moved in 8/25 and we paid the monthly rent that day as well. On September 1st another $750 was due. They don’t prorate. So yes we had to pay $750 for 6 days if rent. Absolutely crazy! When we unlocked the door to the apartment for the first time painters were working and had supplies everywhere. We couldn’t get in. It's safe and fun. You can find the best roommates that match your preferences. The community has many activities monthly and sometimes weekly.
The place is good, but a lot of people living here don't understand manners. They stay noisy all day long even when during quiet hours. Imagine having neighbors who play loud music all day long, run in their rooms like it's normal, and yell like they are the only people living in the building. The Tyler is a nightmare to people who can't take the noise.
