Absolute dump! They will try to charge you 3 months after your lease is over with fees like light bulbs and cleaning fees. They give you a month to dispute the charges and inform you AFTER A MONTH. I tried to dispute the charges and they said too bad its been a month. It was over 250 bucks in absurd fees. Total scam.
Nightmare! Move in day for my daughter has become a bad dream. The apartment is beyond filthy. Carpets need replaced, flies have infested the apartment. Dog poop stains on the floors(no pets allowed). Between 4 students, the Tyler is collecting nearly $3000/month. Beyond disappointed. Wish I could post more than 1 pic.
I’ve lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease! For the price, you get a great deal!. I love that the apartments are townhome style and that I have my private and entertaining space separate and that washer/dryer is in the unit. Not having to share a bathroom is awesome as well! Biggest selling feature for me is the proximity to campus and the IUPUI shuttle stop! The Tyler has improved greatly since I first moved in.
