DO NOT LIVE HERE. You get charged for every little thing. We got charged a petty lightbulb fee when they never even replaced our bulbs. 24/7 security is a lie. Guards don’t even come until 7pm when the office closes. Half the doors are broken, so what’s only supposed to be accessible by keys either won’t open with the keys or opens for anyone. You pay to have parking yet there’s never anywhere to park bc they don’t do anything about the cars that park in paid parking areas so why even pay the extra fee?! Typically vomit and ... read more
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent here. There are so many options, this should not be considered. Employees are worst ever. You can never reach them when you need something, the apartments are not cleaned when you arrive, read the leases closely because the staff is lazy and clueless.
I would choose zero stars if that were an option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! Office staff is the worst people I have ever had to deal with. No one has been helpful and they take weeks on end to finally return calls or to get maintenance to fix something. I have been moved out since December, and I get a call from the new place I am trying to rent telling me that I owe over $2,000 to The Tyler. I gave this place one star because I can't choose zero stars. Is not worth the money or the time. I don't recommend this place. The halls smell, there's always random trash everywhere, maintenance comes in the apartments without knocking, they also send to collection random chargers without notifying you first. It's just not worth the time.
New management is great! Unfortunanetly the halls and stairways get dirty due to the residents but so much better at getting issues resolved and always call to.make sure it was done and everything is okay it is a great first experience
