Great property and even better staff. Originally had issues around move in time but with the staff changes and management I have had an awesome experience.
The Tyler is a great place to live for students. Very convenient area to commute to IUPUI. A great place to meet friends. They always do fun events for their residents such as provide free food and the free circuit workout training. Recommended to all IUPUI students
The worst place I have ever lived, the staff is super unprofessional and they charge you extra fees trying to make extra money. Every time you go to the office to ask a question, nobody knows the answer and just tells you to come back at another time. I went down three times about extra charges and then got told to just send an email in the end. The response to my email was super unprofessional and disrespectful. Plus, they didn't even fix the extra charges. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Just moved in and met the new Property Manager! He is seems to be what was needed. Had a few questions and he took care of my mom's concerns, right away. Thanks Tyler!
